Brett Lee Blames LSG Team For Mayank Yadav’s Recurring Injury: Former Australia Fast Bowler Brett Lee questioned Lucknow Super Giants team management as did not manage well in Mayank’s injury.

For Mayank on April 7 while playing with Gujarat Titans he got abdominal soreness and he came back again on Tuesday to fight against MI but again he got injured in the same spot.

LSG did not manage Mayank Yadav’s injury well: Brett Lee

21-year-old Mayank Yadav came to the field on Tuesday, by giving the report by the LSG team saying that he was fit again. But after coming into the ground he again got injured in the same location.

Brett Lee expressed huge concern about Mayank Yadav and he blamed the Lucknow Super Giants team management for not taking care of Mayank’s injury.

Brett Lee who is the expert on Jio Cinema Tata IPL, speaking on Mayank Yadav’s injury said that,

“A side strain or whatever they’re calling it, normally takes at least four to six weeks to even come right. We don’t know the depths of how big a strain it was but for somebody who is pushing the limits of their body by bowling 150 mph, that’s not good management at all.

His first game coming back and getting injured, has to directly be on the leadership and the medical staff of the Lucknow Super Giants.”

“The only person who has to pay this price is this poor young guy Mayank, who is just electric. Everyone in the IPL has loved seeing what he’s brought… You wish he got the right advice, so he doesn’t have to go through and absorb this.

Now, it’s most probably going to mean that he’s going to miss out on the World Cup if there’s an injury that might come up,” Lee added. “Looks like he is sore in the same spot,”

Langer told the host broadcaster after the match. “His rehab has been perfect. He has bowled pain-free the last week or so and has looked in great condition. We will have a scan and find out tomorrow.”
