  • The first step would be to download this “ PC Health check app” by visiting its official site or by using an alternate method and clicking on the following link to download the application-

  • Once the installation of this application is complete, you have to launch this software.
  • On the home screen of this app, there is an option available to check the Windows 11 compatibility.
  • You will just have to click the ‘ Check now‘ button to initiate it.
  • You will then receive a confirmation message that will let you know if your device can or can’t run the Windows 11 operating system.
  • If you get a green signal, you can go right ahead and install the new operating system. It is basically a free pass for whenever the OS is ready.

CASE 1: The Compatible TPM can’t be found

This is the case you will get an error message as follows:
“Compatible Trusted Platform Module (TPM) can’t be found on this device”.

Verify that this computer has a 1.2 or later and stern on in the BIOS.
TPM Is usually disabled inside the BIOS. you only have to boot it in your device BIOS and then go on to proceed to enable it.

But you have to make sure that you enable the secure boot (UEFI).

CASE 2: The TPM is ready for use

If you receive this message, it implies the TPM is alright on your device and that you just need to enable the security boot (UEFI).

To enable the secure boot, you can use the below-mentioned steps –

  • Restart your device.
  • When your device is loading, you need to click on the boot key.
  • This key can vary from one device to another, like the Esc key for ASUS, f9 for HP, and f10 for dell laptops.
  • Once you get inside the BIOS, you have to go to the Boot tab.
  • You will then see the Secure boot disabled inside this. Just click once over the disabled button and then select the Enabled option.
  • If you cannot find Settings under boot, you can check if it’s available inside the security tab.
  • Once you have enabled the Secure boot on your device, you can check if you can install windows 11 without facing any issues.
