IPL Schedule Date Time Stadium and Points Table | IPL 2022 Match Venues
A total of 72 matches are gonna be played in IPL 2022 with 10 teams in total for the first time. The names of two new IPL teams in the tournament are Lucknow Super Giants and Gujarat Titans. The opening match of IPL 2022 is going to be held at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders.
Mainly, this year BCCI choose two cities to conduct the Indian Premium League’s 15th edition matches due to the covid pandemic. Those are Mumbai and Pune. There are four venues selected to play the IPL 2022 matches, they are Wankhede Stadium, Brabourne Stadium, DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai, and MCA Stadium in Pune. On 29 May 2022, you can witness the final match of IPL Season 15.
