Irfan Pathan Dance With Harbhajan Singh to Celebrate Afghanistan’s win Against Sri Lanka

ICC World Cup 2023: Former India all-rounder Irfan Pathan danced with spinner Harbhajan Singh to celebrate Afghanistan’s win against Sri Lanka in the ongoing World Cup. Afghanistan beat Sri Lanka by 7 wickets at Pune on Monday.

Irfan Pathan shared his dance video on his official Instagram account while appreciating the Afghanistan team for their victory. “What a great win from Afghans. Many congratulations on your 3rd win. Beating 3 former world champions,” Pathan posted on his Instagram account.

With this winning math, Afghanistan moved to 5th place in the points table and planted themselves in the race for the semi-finals. Pathan chose social media to say that Afghanistan controlled the game. They chased down 242 runs with 7 wickets and 20 balls remaining against Sri Lanka.

Pathan posted on Twitter, “The chase from Afghanistan was so controlled that at every point of time, they were in total control. Professional staff. In the Indian conditions if you know how to play spin well and bowl spin well then you will be in the game. Afghans certainly have those qualities now.”

Pathan had also taken to the field to dance with Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan following their win against Pakistan last week. Afghanistan will play with the Netherlands on November 3.
