During South Africa Match of ODI WC, Matt Henry Suffers Right Hamstring Injury: New Zealand’s fast bowler Matt Henry suffered a right hamstring injury during the match against South Africa, in Pune. And that injury forced Henry to step out of the game.

But before stepping out of the game, the team of New Zealand has tried to strap his injury, but it doesn’t work out.

The Blackcaps have talked about the situation of Henry in X (formerly Twitter) by saying that ” he felt a tightness in his right hamstring” and also stated that ” Following further assessment he will not return to the stage at this stage”.

With this injury Henry also went into the list of injured players with the KIWI team who included Mark Chapman, Kane Williamson, and Lockie Ferguson.

Henry stood as the team’s second largest bowler in the tournament followed by Mitchell Santner. He also secured 11 wickets across seven matches, with the maintenance of 28.63 and with an economy rate of 5.79.
