Fast Bowler Mohammed Shami Writes an Emotional Note For His Hospitalized Mother

Team India fast bowler Mohammed Shami has recently won the golden ball at the ICC Men’s World Cup 2023 Final match. He shared a picture with her hospitalized mother. He has shown extraordinary performance in the previous completed ODI World Cup games.

Sahmi’s achievement is even more valuable because his mother, Ajum Ara was hospitalized just hours before the final match. She was out of danger and doing well. Despite her health condition, extended her heartfelt wishes to her son and the team just before the game ended.

Shami’s mother had been hospitalized because of dizziness and fever on the day of the final match. After winning the 10 consecutive games, India lost the World Cup against Australia.

Put in to bat first by Pat Cummins, India scored 240 runs, with Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and KL Rahul making contributions. Shai ended the tournament with 24 wickets. Australia won their sixth ICC ODI World Cup title.
