India vs Sri Lanka World Cup 2023: Currently India vs Sri Lanks ICC ODI World Cup 2023 is going on at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. After Rohit Sharma got out in early innings, it was Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill who shared the partnership for the second wicket. Gill has scored 92 runs in today’s ICC match against Sri Lanka as he misses just 8 runs to make his debut ODI century. This left many of his fans and visitors disppontment.

Sara Tendulkar the only daughter of famous cricketer Sachin Tendulkar attended the match in Mumbai also got disappointed after he misses century. When Gill was dismissed from the match she was seen hiding her face with ther hands and looked depressed. Her reaction went viral in social media.

After the whole crowd gave standing ovation for Shubman Gill for his brilliant innings, Sara Tendulkar too gave a standing ovation to him and he walked back to the Indian dressing room.

Shubman Gill scored 92 runs for 92 balls against Sri Lanka in an innings studded with 11 fours and 2 sixes. He scored a 189-run partnership with Virat Kohli for the second wicket. This was Gill’s highest score in the World Cup till now.
