Why Virat Came Home Without Playing Test Series: As we know, Virat Kohli along with many other cricketers has gone to South Africa for the test series.

According to some BCCI reports, suddenly ahead of the South Africa test series, Virat Kohli returned home due to a family emergency. And he is going to miss three match inter-squad matches.

Even India batter Ruturaj Gaikwad was ruled out of the two-match series, as his finger got fractured.

Virat Kohli Came Back to Home And Another Batsman Ruled Out From SA Test Series

Indian Cricket team Superstar Virat Kohli has reportedly returned home due to a family emergency. According to Cricbuzz reports, he is going to miss the three-test series inter-squad match against South Africa.

Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) sources, confirmed that the batter Virat Kohli will come back in time for the first test, which begins on December 26.

“Virat Kohli has returned to India due to a family emergency. But he will be back before the start of the first Test,”

Kohli left for Mumbai three days ago, after he got permission from the team management, from the BCCi to skip the three-day practice.

Along with this news, reports also said that Ruturaj Gaikwad has been ruled out from the two-match series.

“Ruturaj Gaikwad has been ruled out of the two-Test series with ring finger fracture.”

Gaikwad sustained an injury to their finger while trying to take a catch during the second ODI against South Africa earlier this week.
