In the video that went viral on the internet from the 2nd test day 1 innings in Cape Town, Rohit Sharma is warning Gill regarding Rabada’s bowling skills and advising him to be careful while facing his bowling.

The clip on the internet on the same is given below. The conversation between Rohit and Shubman Gill in their native language is “Yeh ek bowler hi hai (Kagiso Rabada) baaki koi hai nahi,” which translates to “he is the only good bowler, no one else”.

South African’s Bowling Records From 2nd Test Cricket

South African pacemaker, Kagiso Rabada, was the star of the show as he seized three important wickets to support his team in defeating India’s first innings. Firstly, he took the wicket of the young opener Yashasvi Jaiswal for a duck and then got rid of the Indian skipper Virat Kohli (46) and the tail-ender Prasidh Krishna (0).

After Rabada, Nandre Burger & Lungi Ngidi also contributed to the South African bowling attack, as they both dismissed three wickets each. It was a praiseworthy step from the South African bowlers, who did a fantastic job of supporting the Indian batsmen under assessment throughout the innings.

Rohit got dismissed with a score of 39 in 50 balls with terrific shots, and 7 fours after a 55-run partnership with Shubman Gill. After achieving 36 in 55 balls with 5 boundaries, Gill got out from the 2nd test race. After this good partnership, Virat and KL Rahul took the responsibility of keeping the team at a great place by scoring 111-4 at tea.
