Bad News For MS Dhoni and CSK! Star Pacer Was Ruled Out of CSK: Everything and everyone is set for the IPL season 2024 which is going to start in a few days. Now Chennai Super Kings has got bad news that star pacer Mateesha is going to be ruled out for three to five weeks from the IPL 2024 due to a hamstring injury.

Chennai Super Kings will face a huge setback if he is ruled out.

Within a week IPL 2024 is going to start and Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore is going to face each other on March 22. But suddenly a big blow to CSK and MS Dhoni as Star pacer Mateesha Pathirana is going to be out of the Indian Premier League for four to five weeks due to a hamstring injury.

Matheesha Pathirana is the one who Picked up 19 wickets in 12 matches of IPL 2023 in CSK. According to reports that came out, this 21-year-old CSK player is not going to join CSK for a few weeks.

IPL source told PTI that,

“The Grade 1 hamstring typically takes nearly two weeks to recover fully. So, it remains to be seen when Pathirana can join the team, and it is hard to tell at this stage whether he will be available for the initial couple of matches.”

CSK is already suffering with the Newzland Cricketer Devon Conway as he was ruled out due to injury again CSK got the big shock by ruling out this Matheesha due to injury.

But anyway, CSK has an able replacement with Mustafizur Rehman who was bought by CSK for Rs.2 crore in the Auction. He also has experience in playing IPL.
