CSK Star Took Blessings From MS Dhoni By Touching His Feet Before CSK vs GT: On Tuesday, Chennai Super Kings locked horns with Gujarat Titans, and before the start of that match, CSK star Pathirana took blessings from MS Dhoni by touching his feet.

Pathirana Touched MS Dhoni’s Feet To Take the Blessings Before IPL Match

Dhoni was an inspirational figure for Chennai Super Kings, leading his team to five-time champions. And whenever MS Dhoni was shown on the TV screen he got the loudest cheer ever.

Srilankan Pacer Pathirana touched Dhoni’s feet before starting the game with Gujarat Titatans on Tuesday, that video went viral on social media and shows his respect and gratitude towards MS Dhoni.

And not only Pathirana, there is also another person who praised MS Dhoni Sameer Rizvi. And in a video on IPTL20.com, he said,

“Bhaiya (Dhoni) told me to play how I generally play since it is all about the actual gameplay. He said, ‘There is nothing different. Skills remain the same, and it’s all just about mindset. Never take any pressure or be nervous, and play as per the situation.”

He also recalled the moment during the auction and said that,

“When I was picked up during the auction by CSK, my greatest happiness was my dream to meet Bhaiya (MS Dhoni) would be fulfilled. We also had net sessions together and got to learn a lot from him and the (support) staff. I intend to learn more and perform to the fullest.”

“Everyone loves each other in the team and backs everyone. The thought process of hitting the six in my first ball came out of my heart, and the team members also cheered for me with all their hearts,” he said.

Anyhow on that day, CSK stamped their dominance with a resounding 63-run victory over Gujarat Titans.
