Hardik Pandya Returned to MI Only on the Condition of Making Him a Captain: In November 2023, Hardik Pandya was the hot topic, and he returned to his home Mumbai Indians for this IPL (Indian Premier League) from Gujarat Titans.

But many reports are saying that Hardik came to MI with the condition of making him a captain for Mumbai Indians. And on that note, recently MI announced Hardik as a captain replacing him with Rohit Sharma.

Indian Express says that MI has taken the decision from Rohit Sharma too, and he also agreed to play under Hardik, and this meeting was done before the World Cup series starts.

Rohit is the best-ever skipper in MI, and he led the MI to 87 wins in 10 years. MI never lost a title under Rohit. Franchise global head Mahela Jayawardene for MI in a press release said that,
