When England and India series fourth test started Ben Stokes won the toss and asked to bat first. As England has lost the two matches back to back, England would like to bounce back in the test series.

In this fourth test, England took a lead in the series quite early, with a 28-run win in Hyderabad as they lost matches in Rajkot and Vizag. Speaking after the toss, Rohit Sharma said that they also would have taken the bat first in case India won the toss.

“We would have batted first as well. It looks a bit dry. Some cracks but that’s the nature of the pitch here and we have to play well to get on top. The last two games were good for us.”
