Green Revealed That Their Team is Focussing Just on the Next Game: Royal Challengers Bangalore played the match with Punjab Kings on May 9, Thursday, and won the match with 60 runs in Match 58 of the Indian Premier League.

After this game, When Cameroon Green was asked about the RCB Playoff Chances, he answered that presently their team was just focussing only on the next game that they are going to play.

After the match played on May 9, Thursday, RCB was placed in the seventh place on the points table with five wins out of 12 matches. Till now they have earned 10 points from the game and they still have a chance to win 14 points as they have two encounters which are DC and CSK.

Green Speaking at the Post-match Conference, said that their team was just focusing on the next game.

“I think what we’ve done well is just look at the next game and I think obviously at the start of the tournament you can always look what’s coming up, where are we on the table. But I think that’s the beauty of where we are.

We’re kind of pushed into a corner and all we can do is yeah focus on the next game. I think we had to win every game. Four games and it’s going according to the plan at the moment, it always doesn’t go to plan especially in the IPL. So, we’re just going to focus on the next game.”

“That’s the beauty of having Virat in your team. I think as opposition teams you can’t give him that many chances. He’s always going to make you hurt. Especially dropping him three or four times, early in his innings when he’s trying to be aggressive.

I think he looked like after a couple of dropped catches he didn’t have much to lose and he played like that vintage Virat that we all know. Yeah, he was beautiful to watch from the other end.”

In the match of 58, against PBK, Kohli is the top run scorer of RCB by 92 runs in 47 balls with the help of seven fours and six sixes.
