Rahul Dravid Reveals India’s Opening Pair in T20I Series: Recently, we have got many rumors on Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli return to T20I series on opening the innings.

But Rahul Dravid squashed all those rumors by releaving the India’s opening pair in the first match of T20I series against Afghanistan. Rohit Sharma and Yashaswi Jaiswal are the India’s first choice of T20I openers.

And Subhman Gill is going to be third opener in the squad.

Everything is set to takes place for the T20I three match series of India and Afghanistan and Rohit Sharma is going to lead the team. But everyone has a doubt that Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma will be going to play the opening game in the T20I series.

Speaking to press conference, Rahul Dravid revealed the opening pair of T20I afghanistan series to clarify the doubt. Along with this he also revealed that Kohli is going to miss this first match against Afghanistan three match series due to personal reasons.

On the pre match press conference Dravid said that,

“We’re certainly opening with Rohit and Jaiswal. When you have such a squad, you have the flexibility to do what is in the best interest of the team.

Nothing is closed but we’re happy with what Jaiswal has done as an opener for us. He gives us a left-hand combination as well at the top.”

Jaiswal impressed everyone after the international cricket in the shortest format following his debut last year. And comingto the cricket order in this first match of Afghanistan series,
