IPL 2024 Auction: Unbelievable, Mitchell Stac become most expensive player as KRR spens INR 24.75 cr, Pat Cummins to SRH for Rs 20.5 cr

IPL 2024 Auction updates: The Indian Premier League 2024 auction is currently ongoing. Australia’s star players Mitchell Starc, Travis Head and Pat Cummins are sold. Mitchell Stac has become the most expensive player in the IPL history. He came to IPL with a base price of Rs 2 crore goes to Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) for Rs 24.75 crore.

Australia World Cup captain Pat Cummins has been sold to Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) for Rs 20.50 crore. Cummins also enters the IPL auction with a base price of Rs 2 crore. With this auction, World Cup winning players Pat Cummins and Mitchell Starc have become the only two players in the IPL history to get more tah Rs 20 crore.

Following Pat Cummins, other players that went for the hefty buck were Sam Curran for Rs 18.50 crore to Punjab Kings, Cameron Green for Rs 17.50 crore to Mumbai Indians, Ben Stokes for Rs 16.25 crore to Chennai Super Kings and Chris Morris for Rs 16.25 crore to Rajasthan Royals.
