David Warner Discovered That He Was Blocked By SunRisers Hyderabad on Instagram: Australian Cricketer David Warner took to social media that IPL franchise SunRisers Hyderabad blocked him on Instagram.

David Warner tried to Congratulate his Australian Teammate Travis Head as he secured a substantial payday by SRH, who was bought by the Sunrisers for a fee of Rs. 6.80 crores in the IPL 2024 auction in Dubai.

But suddenly, he found that his number was blocked by the SRH team, this unexpected move left Warner in shock.

If we see, David Warner was the all-time leading run scorer, with 4000 runs led the SRH team, and won the title in 2016. And he won the Orange cap for three times.

But in the middle of the season, SRH removed Warner from the captaincy during the 2021 season, and by that Warner and the SRH team got some strained terms. Later Warner went on and joined the Delhi Capitals.

Those Delhi Capitals have paid for Rs. 6.25 crore and in IPL 2024 Auction he was retained by the franchise. SRH made some significant moves by acquiring the Travis Head and Pat Cummins.

In that move, Pat Cummins’s price had held the record as his fee was Rs. 20.50 Crore which is the highest bid for a player in the entire auction.

Warner even posted the screenshots on Social Media, that he was blocked by Travis Head. And he said to Sports Today that,

“The disappointing thing for me was not being explained why I was dropped as captain.”

“I think if you want to go along the lines of form, it’s a difficult one because I guess whatever you’ve done in the past would have some weight moving forward, especially when you’ve played 100 games for the franchise.

“You don‘t know who is going for you, who wants you to be selected, who doesn’t. End of the day you’re told you’re not playing. “It’s difficult, a bitter pill to swallow, but I don’t think I will ever get answers and must move on.”
