Shah Rukh Khan Names KKR Player To Be Picked in India T20 World Cup: Shah Rukh Khan is the owner of Kolkata Knight Riders and he is eagerly waiting to see his KKR player Rinku Singh in the T20 World Cup which is going to be held in the USA and West Indies.

Shah Rukh expressed that he is one of the greatest players expected to be part of the WC team and he also said that he will be very happy if his name is in the 15-member squad in the T20 WC.

Indian Selection Committee is going to pick 15 15-member squad on Tuesday that is on April 30. Most of them were selected but some slots are vacant and players are fighting for that slots.

As far as the 15-member squad selection is concerned for the T20 World Cup Rinku’s name is doing rounds and many legendary cricketers are giving his name.

In this IPL, Rinku plays for Kolkata Knight Riders, and Shah Rukh Khan who is the co-owner of KKR is also waiting to see his name in the T20 WC 15 member squad.

Expressing his optimism for Rinku, Shah Rukh said on Star Sports which was done after the KKR vs DC match,

“Such amazing players are playing for the country. I am looking forward to Rinku, Inshallah being in the World Cup Squad, and some other youngsters from other teams also.

Some of them deserve it so much, but my wish is that Rinku makes it to the team. I will be so happy. That will be the high point for me.” With the KKR top-order doing the bulk of scoring so far this season, Rinku has not got many opportunities with the bat.”

Rinku Singh’s runs came at a strike-rate of over 175 but power-hitting is not his only talent, for he can remain calm in pressure situations. KKR is next going to take action with Mumbai Indians on May 3.
