During the Vizag Test, two young Indian batters, namely Gill and Jaiswal, scored centuries that have a special association. Interestingly, the last time two Indian batsmen aged under 25 scored centuries in the same Test was in the year 1996 when Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly achieved this accomplishment.

It occurred during the match against England in Nottingham where Tendulkar scored 177 runs, and Ganguly achieved 136 runs. Notably, it was only Ganguly’s second Test match, and he made it unforgettable by slashing a ton after his debut at Lord’s.
