AB De Villiers Still Waiting For RCB’s Decision Regarding His New IPL Role: For Cricket fans or enthusista there are some players who will remain forever in their hearts, in that one of the player is AB De Villers.

Recently AB De Villers has been retired from all forms of Cricket but he left with an incredibel mark in the international cricket. And he is still eagerly waiting for the call from Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Many of you might be thinking that what he is waiting for, as if he retired from all forms of cricket. For your clarification, even though he is retired from all types of cricket, the franchise can keep him in a different capacity like a mentor or as a consultant for RCB (Royal Challengers Bangalore) team.

In IPL when he left it he is one of the greatest players. And he has taken his franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore to the next level along with Kohli.

And also he is one of the greatest limited overs batsman in the history. He has a strike rate of nearly 160, he amassed 4522 runs during his 157 games for RCB. After Virat Kohli, he is the next highest run scorer.

However, De Villiers on his Youtube Channel, once agains said that he is ready to go to RCB team if he get a call from him. Listen to it in his own words.

“I haven’t spoken to anyone there. No one has contacted me at all. If I am asked to be there for a day or 2 as mentioned by Virat – he made a light comment that why don’t you spend time with us, and that offer is still on table, more as a friend, and not as coach or any role to play,” ABD said.

“If some batters talk to me, I will definitely share my knowledge and experience and maybe there will be a more professional role on the table,” The Durban-born cricketer added.

So, finally we will look into weather RCB is going to give a call to ABD or not. If thye call him we can again see him in IPL.
