Youngster Could Be Dropped for Second T20I According to Aakash Chopra: India has successfully completed the first T20I series against Afghanistan in Mohali and won the match by 6 wickets. But Virat Kohli has missed the first T20I.

All Indian batters has impressed their fans by their game, except Virat Kohli and Tilak Varma. And Aakash Chopra shared his opinion on Tilak Varma that he has not grabbed oppurtunity in the first T20I series.

Even he dropped from the series to give a place to Virat Kohli for second T20I might be.

After the start of the game in Mohali on January 11, as Afghanistan asked for the batting first, and they set a target of 159 for India. And India won the match by chasing down the target in just 17.3 overs.

And also there is a news that Tilak Varma has dropped the game of this three match T20I series of IND vs AFG. Former Indian Cricketer Aakash Chopra responding on the news he said that,

Tilak dropped from the game to give the Kohli a way to come in second T20I. What Aaksh chopra’s taught in this was, the return of Virat Kohli and Yashasvi Jaiswal to the side means some one need to miss out.

“After Rohit (Sharma) and Shubman (Gill) got out, Tilak Varma was there and Shivam Dube was sent up the order. Tilak Varma played well for some time but then also got out off (Azmatullah) Omarzai’s bowling. Tilak Varma hasn’t grabbed his chance fully.”

“Jitesh played a good knock. Let me put my hand up and say that Jitesh played well but he will have to be mindful that he needs to finish matches because he could have done that. He is batting so beautifully.”

As Virat Kohli is coming into the T20I series after a year is now challenging for Tilak to play in XI. Finally, as the first T20I has been completed successfully, everyone are waiting for the second T20I which is going to held in Indore.
